O.K. I know it doesn't sound appetizing, but it really is, really. Don't knock it until you've licked it.... or something like that.
Nice golden color. Just a hint of hops (even the wife likes it). And now that we've got our bottling issue solved.......

........... a firm head as well!
First things first. My font has changed. I know it sounds kind of disgusting, but it really wasn't painful. The Blogger dashboard wasn't co-operating, so I just went with the default.

And now the namesake of this particular round of brews (or Batch #3 as we call it), I give you "Fuzzy Butt"!

Ingredients
2 lbs Canadian 2-row
1/2 lbs Special ?? (don't know what was written here. Better figure that out.)
1/4 lbs Barley flakes
6 lbs Malt extract
Boiling Hops:
60 min. 1 oz. Perle
30 min. 1 oz. Cascade
Finishing Hops:
1/2 oz Cascade (last 15 min)
1/2 oz. Cascade (end of boil)
Yeast: Coopers, dry
Priming: 3/4 cup dextrose in 1 cup H2O
Original specific gravity: 1.057
Final specific gravity: 1.015
Special instructions: 6 days in primary ferment. 12 to 15 in secondary. 23 to 30 in bottle.
